Terms and conditions
1. This prize draw will commence on 1st March 2024 and will close at 23:59pm on 14th April 2024
2. Internet or smartphone required.
3. The prize draw is free, and no purchase is necessary.
4. This prize is not open to The Camping and Caravanning Club employees or members of their family.
5. To enter you must enter all minimum details required on the website form, including Name, Email address, DOB and postal address.
6. One entry per person. Persons attempting to obtain multiple entries will be disqualified.
7. This prize draw is open to UK residents only.
8. You must be over 18 to enter this prize draw; entries from under 18s will be null and void.
9. 3-night camping break is only available on one grass pitch at any Club Site subject to availability and excludes Bank Holiday weekends; (3-5 May 2024, 24-26 May 2024, 23-25 Aug 2024, 31 Dec 2024 -1st Jan 2025.
10. The winner must take the 3-night camping break by 14th April 2025.
11. All existing terms and conditions of Club Sites apply to the 3-night stay.

15. The Camping and Caravanning Club reserves the right to cancel and/or amend the prize should circumstances beyond their control occur.
16. The prize is not transferable, and no cash alternative or refund will be offered.
17. The draw will take place 14 days after the competition closes, and the winner will be notified within 30 days, by email / phone. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner in writing.
18. If the winner does not respond within 10 working days, a 2nd winner will be selected at random.
19. Starter pack will be posted directly from Easy Camp once a winner has been identified, within 7 days. Delivery dates are subject to product locations, couriers and other circumstances which may be beyond the control of the promoters.
20. In order, to meet our obligations to you, we may share your personal data with the promoters of the competition for marketing purposes, unless you opt out at point of entry. For more information about the promoter’s data protection policies please go to:

21. To find out the name of the winner send a SAE to The Camping and Caravanning Club, Greenfields House, Westwood Way, Coventry, CV4 8JH within 6 months of the closing date.
22. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
